Patients faced inconvenience and delays in booking diagnostic tests and visiting labs for sample collection and report access.

Patients delaying diagnostic tests because of inconvenient lab visits and slow report turnaround often skipped care altogether — every delayed booking or lost report meant a patient going untreated longer than necessary, and a booking 10 Labs couldn't convert.
