The problem
Companies with sales reps, technicians and delivery staff on the road had no reliable view of what happened after the team left the office, and ran on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and phone calls.
Every unverified punch-in, missed visit and week-long expense cycle meant lost sales and lost trust, and teams were stuck stitching together WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets because no affordable, field-ready alternative fit their workflow.
What we built
Developed a field force management software platform in under six weeks: a Flutter field app with geofenced attendance, spoof detection, guided job cards, proof of visit, AI route optimization and expense claims, plus a React manager console with a live team map, SLA tracking, approvals and KPIs, and an admin portal with a no-code forms and workflow builder.

The result
FieldExecutives went live with live tracking, verified attendance, AI routing and proof of visit on every plan. Most teams are set up in a day and fully rolled out with custom forms and approvals in 3 to 5 days.
