The problem
PG and hostel owners tracked rent, deposits, tenant KYC and complaints across notebooks, WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets, and spent every month chasing late payments and reconciling cash against UPI.
Every late rent payment that went unchased and every bed left empty without anyone noticing was income lost for the owner, and with records scattered across registers and chat threads there was no quick way to see where the month was leaking money.
What we built
Developed PG Management Software as Android and iOS apps with a synced web dashboard: building, floor, room and bed setup, cash and UPI rent collection with automatic reminders, tenant KYC and stay history, room shifts and vacate settlements, complaint tracking, expenses, automatic billing and income and occupancy reports, with role-based logins for managers, reception and maintenance staff.

The result
Owners can set up a property in under an hour and get live occupancy, rent and expense views from day one. The app holds a 4.9 rating on Google Play and is priced at a flat Rs 999 per month with every feature included.
